It is here that you will find all your answers to any questions you may have while shopping, paying and choosing at www.dunabead.com online.

We are an on-line retail shop only and do not have a street storefront.

Shopping online is actually considered fairly low-risk. According to CNN, "The prevalent opinion. . . is that on-line credit card use is actually no riskier for consumers than traditional "low-tech" transactions. " You should feel as safe as you would using a credit card in a store or restaurant, if not more so.

ORDERING - HOW DO I SHOP?

Miss BeadCo, www.dunabead.com shop online is a treasure chest of delicate and amazing accessories.

We have grouped our product into easy to find categories so you can find what you want.

Under each category you will find our favourite pieces from worldwide suppliers. Once you have found what you want, we show you different ways to put it all together in our sub categories that include style tips and press on your product.

You cannot buy in our online store www.dunabead.com without creating an account, and we require e-mail confirmation on account creation.

My Shopping cart

When you are shopping and add an item, it is placed on the "Shopping cart". The counter holds products you wish to purchase while you shop, like You were in a Boutique. Items you place on the Shopping cart will remain there until they are purchased or removed.

If an item is out of stock, it will not be placed on the Shopping cart.

"Shopping cart" Options:       

 - Update quantity       

You will have the opportunity to select how many in meters of each product you want once the item has been placed on the Shopping cart. To do this, simply use the automated counter when you are purchasing. If you try to purchase more than we have in stock, the "counter" option will not be available.       

- Remove an item from your Shopping cart

To remove an item, click on "remove".

- Return to shopping       

If you wish to continue shopping click on "continue" to search the site for additional items. At any time during your shopping experience, you can return to your Shopping cart by clicking on "Shopping cart ".       

If you just want to go back a page in your purchasing process, click on "back".       

Out of Stock or Sold out Items

Once a product is sold out it shows "ESGOTADO.AGOTADO.OUT OF STOCK" this means "Out Of Stock" in three languages Portuguese, Spanish and English. This means that we are doing everything possible to restore the stock and this product will be available in the near future. If you see a product that you want and place it on the Shopping cart, it is immediately held, until you leave the site.

Proceed to checkout

When you are ready to purchase your item(s), click on "Checkout". Our checkout process is fast, easy and secure. For more information on our secure shopping, read below.

PURCHASING

When you are ready to purchase click on "Checkout" from your Shopping cart, or "counter" from an item. This will take you through to our counter where your goods will be waiting.       

Make sure you check the quantity of each product you want to purchase as well as the Euros and converted prices if available.

If you decide not to purchase a product click on "remove" next to the item that you want to put back into the store. This will automatically remove it from your Shopping cart.       

The initial purchasing screen will show you your total cost for the products BEFORE shipping is added.       

At this point a final check is made on the availability of the items you have selected. In very rare circumstances, items you have placed on the counter may become unavailable at the time you check out.        

You will be advised if any items are no longer available, or if they are now only available in limited quantities.      

At this point you also have the choice, if you want the item E-Gift Voucher.

Once you have selected your items click "Proceed with Checkout" where your shipping costs will be added.

At this stage we will also ask for your payment details. Make sure you double check all details put into these fields as you wont be able to proceed with the transaction if details are incorrect.

Your transaction will not be processed if you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions statement on our site.

Billing & Shipping Details

It is imperative that you complete all fields of both Billing and Shipping Details. Our system will let you know if we do not have all the information that we need from you.       

Make sure your phone number is correct in case we need to contact you.

Your Billing and Shipping Details can be different.       

If you do enter incorrect billing or shipping details you do get the chance to change them before confirming payment.       

Once you receive your confirmation order number you cannot change delivery details. Contact us immediately.

Payment Options

You can pay for your Miss BeadCo purchases by:

Credit card: all credit cards accepted by Paypal or by MoneyBookers.

Wire transfer / Bank transfer - the customer MUST ensure that the www.dunabead.com order/control number is transmitted to us with the wire transfer so the funds can be applied to the correct transaction. Any bank fee must be paid by the customer in addition to the transaction total.

We do not accept: Cash, Personal Cheques, Traveller's Cheques, CODs, Lay Buy, EFTPOS, Money Orders.

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria.

TAXES

All European Union delivered purchases incur the Portuguese standard tax rates.

All prices includes VAT, sales tax will be shown in all orders shipped to customers. In Portugal IVA (VAT) tax on sales is 21%.

Outside the European Union are exempt from Portuguese tax, however will incur import taxes upon receiving goods by the final destination. Please see our "CUSTOMS INFORMATION".

CURRENCY CONVERTER

We are excited to offer you the chance to purchase in www.dunabead.com from Miss BeadCo around the world.

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) however if available there is an easy to use Currency Converter that has been built into the site that allows you to convert the price into your chosen currency.       

All transactions are settled in Euros (EUR). The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee, contact your bank or credit provider for details. In some areas of the site, prices will be shown with an estimate of the price in your currency.       

These converted prices if available are for information purposes only, to help you get an idea of the approximate cost of a product, and they may not be the exact amounts that will appear on your credit card statement. The final charge to your card is made in Euros and the conversion rate is made by your bank or credit card issuer.

YOUR ORDER

Order status   

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming your order. This email includes your order number and must be kept as a record of your transaction.

Tracking your order

You will then receive an email confirming your tracking number from our freight forwarder including contact details, dates and times for you to contact the freight forwarder direct, if available. In www.dunabead.com You can click at  "TRACK YOUR ORDER", please click - a page from Portuguese Postal Office will be displayed, introduce your tracking number. 

Delivery

Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays. To read more about delivery times and shipping options, see below.

When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur follow these steps:

        - Accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it.       

        - The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records.

Freight/Shipping

Miss BeadCo deliver to most corners of the world.

In our case shipping costs are affected by the package weight, all items have their own weight for your information and to calculate the shipping cost.       

Your shipping fee is determined by the parcel's weight and destination. Value is also considered for insurance purposes only. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels.

3.4 Delivery costs are as follows:

3.4.1 Portugal & Spain - 4,00 Euros (including IVA / VAT), delivery is made by regular Postal Service - Portuguese Postal Service CTT.  

3.4.2 To Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Greece, Holland, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, United Kingdom, Denmark, Finland and Sweden - 3,00 Euros (including IVA / VAT), delivery is made by regular Postal Service - Portuguese Postal Service CTT. 

3.4.3 To Norway and Switzerland** - 4,00 Euros (including IVA / VAT), delivery is made by regular Postal Service - Portuguese Postal Service CTT.

3.4.4 International (All others countries) - 4,00 Euros (including IVA / VAT), delivery is made by regular Postal Service - Portuguese Postal Service CTT.

All International deliveries includes Register and Insurance until 500,00 Euros.

Your shipping fee is determined by the parcel's weight and destination. Value is also considered for insurance purposes only.

Orders can be shipped in multiple parcels. 

If an extra fee is payable we will contact you to confirm payment before your order is despatched. You will then have the option of changing or cancelling your order.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been picked up from our warehouse allow 2-10 business days for it to arrive on your delivery address. As we do not use an express service with all deliveries for internationals allow more than 10 business days.

Changing or Cancelling your Order

After you have clicked "Payment" your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible.

Please note: Items purchased on www.dunabead.com may only be returned to Miss BeadCo.

PACKAGING

Each individual purchase comes placed inside a sturdy box before being sent to you.       

All delicate cords and wires will be wrapped in tissue paper, bubble or plastic bag.

PRODUCT IMAGES

We have attempted to accurately depict the colours of the products offered on this site. However, because the colour you see is dependent on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see will be accurate. The products also may appear larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor. All photographs of merchandise have been enlarged to show detail. Please see the product descriptions for the actual size of the products. Photos are taken with hight resolution, You can see some product imperfections and details.

RETURNS & REPAIRS

At http://www.dunabead.com/ from Miss BeadCo we aim to show you each item as clearly as possible. If however, you change your mind... is better if You email us about it.       

Goods must be in the same condition as purchased.

If You wish to return faulty or damaged Product, Miss BeadCo will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original price.                

E-GIFT VOUCHERS

The E-Gift Vouchers purchased online can only be redeemed at www.dunabead.com.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

We will not refund you and you will have to pay the new delivery cost. Miss Beadco does not refund the order amount and delivery costs. We will give you a Voucher or E-Gift for the order amount that can be used in our store, see E-Gift Voucher at "Terms of Agreement & Conditions".

DELIVERY OF LARGE PACKAGE

These items are delivered via our specialist courier CTTExpresso who will telephone you to arrange delivery. This page outlines everything you need to know about delivery via our specialist courier.

How delivery works

After you place your order we use your postcode to allocate the delivery to a specialist courier in your area who will then telephone you, normally the next business day to arrange delivery. If the courier cannot contact you, delivery may be delayed, so please provide a valid daytime telephone number when you place your order.

The courier will arrange to deliver the item on a day when someone will be present at the delivery address. On the day of delivery, the courier will take the item and ask you to sign a delivery confirmation.
